What we expect from you
In-Depth Knowledge of Disney
Our clients depend on us for more than excitement—they need trusted expertise. You should have a strong working knowledge of Disney parks, resorts, transportation, Lightning Lanes, dining, and more—or be ready and willing to study and learn quickly.
Strong Communication Skills
You’ll need to communicate regularly and professionally with clients, vendors, and other travel partners. That includes being timely with responses, clear in explanations, and reliable with follow-up.
Organization and Attention to Detail
From dining reservation dates to travel insurance to final payments, travel planning involves a lot of moving pieces. You must be organized, thorough, and proactive in managing tasks.
Sales and Service Mindset
You’ll be responsible for growing your client list, responding to inquiries, and closing bookings. This isn’t about high-pressure tactics—it’s about understanding your clients’ needs, building trust, and confidently guiding them to the right vacation. Since this is a commission-only role (not hourly or salaried), your earnings will come directly from the vacations you book.
Integrity
Our clients trust us with their time, money, and memories. You must be honest and accurate in all your interactions. Integrity builds long-term relationships, and that’s the foundation of how we work.
Self-Motivation and Independence
You’ll set your own schedule and work from home, so this role requires personal initiative and consistent follow-through. It’s a great fit for someone who’s both independent and reliable.

Our onboarding process is thorough and well-organized. Someone is always available to answer your questions and help you get set up confidently.
Ongoing Support
Support doesn’t stop after onboarding. We stay connected through group chats, a robust Google Drive full of planning tools, and optional agency Zoom calls. You’ll have access to travel partner trainings, planning guides, and email templates that help you maintain a professional and consistent client experience.
Encouragement Over Pressure
We don’t push unrealistic quotas. We believe in steady growth, genuine effort, and celebrating progress. If you’re stuck, we’re here to talk things through and help you find your next right step.

Fair Compensation
We believe your hard work should be rewarded, which is why we offer some of the highest commission splits in the industry. Our structure is designed to be fair, sustainable, and supportive of your long-term growth. We’re proud to offer a model that respects your time, talent, and the business you’re building.
With our generous commission structure and low annual costs, most agents find they only need to book a few vacations per year to cover their entire investment — sometimes even less than $5,000 in total travel booked. For some, that’s just one Disney vacation!
